Devine Group working alongside Bellway Homes, are pleased to announce progress at the Huntercombe Walk development in Taplow Buckinghamshire.
Devine Group, specifically J Devine Civil Engineering, is delighted to be working alongside Bellway Homes once again to support the much needed local housing requirements sought after by the community of Taplow.
Bellway Homes & Devine Group Begin work at Taplow in Buckinghamshire, delivering 165 New Homes.
Devine Group will take on the key groundworks, drainage works and infrastructure delivery, to get the development up and out of the ground, enabling the superstructure to be commenced by one of the UK’s favourite housebuilders Bellway Homes.
Devine Group has a rich history delivering infrastructure works for many of the United Kingdom's largest housebuilders.
Paul Clough, Senior Contracts Manager from Devine Group, went on to explain, “This is a fantastic project that will help many of those in the local community buy their first home, we have worked with Bellway Homes over many years and we take a joined-up approach and identify best practises in terms of timescales and sustainability, of course, infrastructure works like this have challenges but our experience and collaborative nature ensures the next stage will come forward as planned”.
The 3.2-hectare site at Huntercombe Lane South, South Burnham, Buckinghamshire was a former Pfizer Pharmaceuticals factory acquired and then demolished by Bellway Homes to make way for this exciting new development. Taplow offers fantastic key transportation links.

Some homes will also incorporate car parking, open spaces including a local Woodland walk, a children's playground, and hard and soft landscaping with lots of communal areas.
Devine Group’s work commenced in July 2021 with Phase 1 completion planned for completion by early February 2022. Our Phase 2 works, the finale of the landscaping works, will commence towards the end of 2022, leading to a fully completed residential development of 165 homes by February 2023.
