Devine Group is ecstatic to announce that they have been recognised by three prestigious industry awards with their clients for build quality and work pride.
The group, which was established in 1974, already has many awards under its belt; however, these are the first set of awards won since before the pandemic.
Minerva Heights, Chichester - NHBC Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Awards 2021
Minerva Heights, Chichester has been acknowledged in the 2021 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, with Site Manager Lewis Little of Vistry Southern Ltd being awarded for work quality of site pride.
Devine Group partnered with Vistry Group (Bovis Homes and Linden Homes) on this new development to deliver core infrastructure and foundations. Minera Heights is located just one mile from the centre of Chichester and therefore benefits from excellent transport links and amenities. Additionally, this development, targeting first-time buyers and families, benefits from being within the catchment area of schools rated “outstanding” by Ofsted.

Mulberry Grange, Westvale Park, Horley - Quality Recognition Award (Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards)
Mulberry Grange is a site within the new Westvale Park development in Horley managed by Charles Church, a Persimmon Homes brand, recognised for its quality in the 2021 Premier Guarantee Awards, securing the Quality Recognition Award.

Kilnwood Vale, West Sussex & Curbridge Meadows, North Whiteley, Hampshire- Crest Nicholson South Annual Awards
Devine Group was awarded the “Large Volume Sub Contractor” award at the 2021 Crest Nicholson South Annual Awards earlier this month for the work delivered at Martletts View, Kilnwood Vale, and Curbridge Meadows, North Whiteley, two developments which Devine Group has been working alongside Crest Nicholson to provide the highest quality groundworks, infrastructure and development services.
Kilnwood Vale sits naturally within the Surrey countrysides surrounding the idyllic hamlet of Faygate, Target Hill Park nature reserve, and High Weald AONB's, as well as rolling hilltops.
Inspired by the popular garden cities concept, Kilnwood Vale has been developed with green spaces in mind thanks to its green infrastructure plan, which integrates the natural environment into the community.
Curbridge Meadows makes up part of the broader Whiteley Meadows development and comprises a collection of two, three and four bedroom houses alongside one and two bedroom apartments. This already popular development benefits from an abundance of green space but at the same time benefits from excellent transport links to Southahmpton and Fareham, both locations are less than five miles away via the M27.
Devine Group was commissioned by Crest Nicholson South to deliver infrastructure at Kilnwood Vale.
