With a project value of £3.5 million, this undertaking was instrumental in shaping the foundation of a thriving residential community. The primary focus of the project centred around the construction of essential infrastructure components required to support the burgeoning community's needs.

At the heart of this endeavour was the construction of an expansive 14,000 square meters of spine roads. These vital roadways were meticulously planned and executed to facilitate efficient transportation within the residential area, ensuring convenient access for both residents and visitors. J Devine Civil Engineering's expertise in road construction and infrastructure development was evident in creating a well-connected and functional living environment.

In addition to the roadworks, the project included the critical installation of utility services. This encompassed the establishment of foul and surface water sewer systems, alongside the deployment of a pump station designed to effectively manage wastewater. The incorporation of balancing and retention ponds not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the community but also played a vital role in sustainable water management, underscoring the project's commitment to environmental considerations.

Furthermore, the project featured the creation of public open spaces, providing recreational areas for the residents and enhancing the overall quality of life within the community.
