The primary objective was to construct a total of 194 residential plots, offering a diverse range of housing options, including 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

At the heart of this endeavour was the construction of approximately 15,500 square meters of estate roads, which formed the critical infrastructure for the community. In addition to the estate road construction, J Devine Civil Engineering played a vital role in the installation of essential utility services. This encompassed the establishment of foul and surface water main sewers, as well as mains services, which are fundamental for the seamless provision of water, electricity, and other essential amenities to the residential units.
