J Devine Civil Engineering undertook a significant construction project in Crawley Forgewood, catering to the housing needs of Persimmons & Charles Church PH1, PH2, and PH3. The project had a substantial value of £22 million, reflecting its scale and complexity. The primary objective was to develop a residential community comprising 625 residential plots, offering a diverse range of housing options, including 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom houses, as well as 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

One of the critical aspects of this project was the construction of 8,900 square meters of estate roads, which would serve as the backbone of the community's infrastructure. These roads were designed to provide convenient access to the various housing units while ensuring the safety and ease of movement for residents and visitors alike.
